1. Acceptance
By connecting to and using the SGI Access network, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this service.
2. Authorized Use
This network is provided for legitimate business and personal use by authorized employees and guests of the organization. Access is granted on a per-device basis following successful authentication via your company Microsoft account.
3. Prohibited Activities
You may not use this network to:
- Access, transmit, or distribute illegal content
- Conduct unauthorized network scanning or penetration testing
- Interfere with the network or other users' connectivity
- Bypass security controls or attempt unauthorized access
- Consume excessive bandwidth that degrades service for others
4. Monitoring
Network activity may be monitored, logged, and reviewed by IT administration for security and compliance purposes. By using this service you consent to such monitoring.
5. Device Registration
Registered devices are granted trusted network access for up to 90 days. You are responsible for ensuring only your own devices are registered under your account. Sharing access credentials is prohibited.
6. Termination
The organization reserves the right to revoke network access at any time without notice, particularly in cases of policy violation or security risk.
7. Liability
The network is provided "as is." The organization makes no warranties regarding uptime or uninterrupted service and is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the network.
